Your terms and conditions of use

1. Before you can place an order you will need to register and Log in.  We will only use your personal details to process your order and ship to your address and will never pass your details to anyone else.  From time to time we may advise you of any new products we have in stock - please tell us if you would prefer this not to happen.

2. We do not see your payment details here at bathbombfizz.co.uk.  We use paypal to process your payment so you are protected through the Paypal Guarantee. Therefore you know our site is safe to use!

3. Our prices are inclusive of VAT which is currently 20%.

4. Your parcel will be packaged and dispatched within 2 working days and will be delivered by Royal Mail.

5. We do not have a refund policy so please make sure your happy with your selection before you complete your transaction.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
